Yessica first worked with LSHV in 2015 and returned in November 2018. As a paralegal in our Yonkers office, Yessica conducts client interviews, assists with conducting legal research, drafting petitions, completing immigration forms, analyzes and collects legal documents, translates for our clients and attorneys and more!
Yessica came to the United States in the 10th grade and did not speak English. It took a lot of discipline and commitment, but she became fluent in English during her college years.
Her role models are her grandmothers, who both stood for what’s right. They were loyal to their family and friends, and both conducted business professionally, honestly, and with integrity. They were both strong and independent women and always put family first.
