Are you a tenant or homeowner with questions about your rights under the current moratorium? Have you submitted your COVID-19 hardship declaration yet? Not even sure what the COVID-19 hardship declaration is or whether you might qualify? LSHV, in partnership with The LOFT LGBTQ+ Community Center and Dutchess County Pride Center, will be presenting a free Know Your Rights Session via Zoom on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to explain your rights and provide legal information about the current pandemic-related housing protections.
