Jill Bradshaw-Soto, Esq., serves as Managing Attorney for Legal Services of the Hudson Valley’s (LSHV) Mt. Vernon Office. Ms. Bradshaw-Soto joined LSHV in 1998, working in the organization’s housing, disability, and family law units, and serving as Managing Attorney for LSHV’s Yonkers Office. A passionate legal advocate, Ms. Bradshaw-Soto has also held positions with the Osborne Association, where she helped non-violent convicted inmates receive treatment rather than incarceration, and with the New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services, where she worked in the paternity and child support unit. Before attending law school at Cardozo School of Law, Ms. Bradshaw-Soto learned legal basics as a paralegal. She received a B.S. degree in Administration of Justice from Guilford College.

A native and current resident of Port Chester, Ms. Bradshaw-Soto understands well the problems faced by low-income individuals in the communities served by Legal Services of the Hudson Valley.
